Interview
When I interviewed for AFLACS sales internship it was a pretty standard interview process. Applied online and was contacted about 2-3 weeks after I submitted the application. I had one phone interview with a recruiter and a manager at the time and also had an in-person interview with one of the regional directors. I was told on the spot that I got the job, but they gave me some time to think about the decision which was nice.
I signed up for an online interview and no one ever let me into the Zoom call. I waited for 15 minutes and even sent a follow up email but still nothing.
