Recieved an email by the recruiter stating that my resume was found online and was interested in setting up an interview to further get to know me and my skills. Went in for the interview and there was 10 other candidates waiting with me. The lady called all of us into a conference room and started talking about Aflac and how it a a great opportunity to work with them. At the end of the discussion resumes were collected. I was contacted to come in for an interview but declined
The interview process began with a group interview, where the team first presented an overview of Aflac through a PowerPoint presentation. After that, I was invited to move forward to the first-round interview. Overall, the atmosphere felt very relaxed, welcoming, and enjoyable, which made the experience much more comfortable and left me with a positive impression of the company.
The first round of the interview process was to confirm whether we were interested in the position. The hiring manager called 4 people into a zoom call to tell us about the job and did not take any questions. The next round is an individual one-on-one interview about my background.

Lied about the job and was dishonest Late to meeting,Unorganized and had many people just waiting for a moderator to come and speak to everyone that had already been waiting for over 30 minutes. Was not a good experience nor did it leave a good impression at all as an employee or if I was a potential customer.
