It was a half hour phone interview in which he asked me why I wanted to work for Aflac and then explained the internship to me. It is all commission based, which I simply couldn't do, so I declined the offer.
I signed up for an online interview and no one ever let me into the Zoom call. I waited for 15 minutes and even sent a follow up email but still nothing.

it was a group interview the employer was extremely nice and welcoming. we all sat down and it started with a introduction about the company. How ever it was a cold call job and no pay.
