I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (Rockledge, FL) in Mar 2017
Interview
Smooth, well laid out, professional. My interview was better than most companies that have a bottom line starting salary. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me a job, but inform me on the pros and cons. Most interviews do not do that.
Interview was conducted over the phone. Then you are sent a list of questions to answer via email and links to videos. Once those are completed you are given a date and Time to attend a Meeting.
The first interview is a group interview and then the second interview is in-person. During the group interview, they explain the history of the company and discuss the benefits of working with Altace.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aflac (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2020
Interview
I hand an initial phone video interview with 9 other candidates on the call. On the second phone interview it was a one on one interview where they wanted me to ask questions about the job.
