Interview
They call it an "interview," but it's not really an interview so much as an overview of the company. The people are really nice and motivate you to want to join the company by telling you about their countless success stories as well as company trips and bonuses you could earn. Honestly, the turnover rate is so high due to the nature of the work that they basically take everyone. Looking over your resume and stuff is just a formality because you come to find out that you don't even need a college degree to start here.
It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
