I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Aflac (Monroe, LA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Both interviews were with the regional sales coordinator. I got a call the day after the first interview to set up a 2nd interview for the next day.
First interview was your basic interview questions to determine someone's personality.
Second "interview" was actually a recruiting meeting. RSC set up a laptop in front of me with a spreadsheet that showed how if I got x sales, I'd get x commission and make x money per year. Unfortunately, they weren't forthcoming with information that stated how you had to generate every single lead, the market was oversaturated with other agents (we were regularly working over each other as there were no territories at all). There was a lot of information misrepresented or simply omitted.
One interview for summer internship. Recruiter was very nice and answered all my questions. It was an easy interview and not stressful. Be sure to come prepared with questions as well as your goals.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview was conducted in a panel format and was well-organized. It is just for you to come and listen about Aflac, my session had over 20 people. No need of preparation just come prepare to take notes if you are interested.
