The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Buffalo, NY) in May 2018
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who stated they're looking to fill two positions: a benefits specialist position as well as a district coordinator position. I was excited until I arrived at the location and was completely thrown off to find myself with 8 other individuals who all received the same email. The most disappointing part is it's completely commission based and the interviewer seemed very fake and vague with the position(s). Way too high of expectations for a commission-based only position (benefits specialist). He also said if you don't think it's the right fit for you, recruit your friends. Have your friends' friends come on in.
Can't get anyone to do it because it's too high of a demand position with NO salary/hourly wage.
One interview for summer internship. Recruiter was very nice and answered all my questions. It was an easy interview and not stressful. Be sure to come prepared with questions as well as your goals.

The interview was conducted in a panel format and was well-organized. It is just for you to come and listen about Aflac, my session had over 20 people. No need of preparation just come prepare to take notes if you are interested.
