Interview
After multiple calls on the phone with a recruiter being asked if this was a one on one interview and being repeatedly told yes I appeared at a GROUP interview. Why waste peoples time? This company is only slighty better than a ponzi scheme - stay away!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Culver City, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
Very misleading, this “interview” was a bait n switch. I was asked to come in for a hiring manager position but it was actually for insurance sales. After the 40 minute info session, they put you in individual rooms for a one on one interview. As soon as I sat down with the facilitator, I asked about the position I was called for, he quickly said the position was already filled. I asked why I wasn’t informed, when someone just called me 2 days before to confirm my availability.I even received a text message the day before. He said it was an automated text. I didn’t press any further because at that point it was obvious that these guys just wanted candidates to come in and listen to their sales pitch. I drove two hours to attend this interview. I agree with the previous post, this feels a lot like those pyramid schemes. Very disppointing.
