Interview process was sloppy and unorganized. I was told that I would be meeting with a particular person but when I arrived, the process was more of an orientation and the particular person that I was supposed to meet with was not there. I was told that he had an important meeting which was fine but at least have someone who was knowledgable about the position to conduct the interview
