Interview
I interviewed in the Monrovia location with Michael. I could tell the team was incredibly supportive and Michael is definitely someone genuine and dedicated to helping you grow. Questions were fairly standard interview questions, not hard at all, and Michael is very easy-going and personable. They are pretty transparent and up-front about everything which I really appreciated. I definitely loved everyone there, I felt everyone was actually very honest and genuine and the office space was nice but I did not feel I could survive on 100% commission.

The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.
