Group interview, very easy going. They ask you to bring a hard copy of your resume. Ask a few questions and explain what the internship program is like. Nothing too difficult.

I had a group informational "interview" session followed by an individual phone call before being hired. The whole process was relatively straightforward and pleasant. I was asked to describe my background, talk about strengths and weaknesses, why Aflac and what role are you most excited to play. The interviewers were very nice.
