Interview
The first round is a group interview. The Sales Manager will introduce themselves and discuss the company. Next, you will introduce yourself. Next, you go right into a 40 min to 45min power point presentation about the job description in detail. This job works with how to meet with Human Resources Managers and use all the networking skills or show up without appointment to get leads. Spoil alert, The Benefits Advisor is 100 percent Commission. Training is at least 6 weeks and 47% newbies will make the cut after training. You are a 1099 contract employee. Lastly, If the Sales Manager feels you are a good fit, then you will get ask for a one on one interview in person. Due to Covid-19, first round interviews are virtual. I picked neutral because, I did have a good experience, but I would have liked a follow up of from the Sales Manager. However, I am seeking a career change and learning how to adapt if you a not selected to the next interview round.

The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.

The first overview was amazing. Very informative. Mrs. Beth Withrow was very knowledgeable and very Motivating. I am looking forward to my second possible interview . And My possibly new future.
