I was contacted by a recruiter to come in for a interview for the benefit consulting position. The group interview was mainly a pitch for the job enticing people with average starting commission of $75,000 a year with a 6 figure salary in stones throw reach. The next day i was e-mailed with an offer the position. There was no real interview. They really do not know much about me, and the too good to be true factor was definitely ringing in my head.
Scummy behavior, like others said it turned out to be a group interview even though it was never directly stated. When you're preparing for a one-on-one interview and then suddenly find yourself in a group that's absurd

It was a relatively quick process. After attending the information session, I signed up for the Zoom interview. The entire interview lasted less than 30 minutes and was very straightforward.
