The interview was extremely lax. The recruiter came to my college campus and we had about an 1.5 hour conversation on what Aflac provides and the culture of the company. We also touched on the day to day responsibilities and the process of getting into the business.
Group interview for the first one. It’s 100% commission based but if you know your capabilities then I recommend going for it! If you are a self-starter, this is definitely for you.

Pretty easy, they seem to take everyone. The office is set up a little strangely with Aflac decorations everywhere. They do a group interview first which is a big tipoff, then you will likely be invited back for a one on one.

There is a Virtual group setting with up to 20 candidates and cameras are mandatory. You must look at a presentation on video and theres a host that sums up the company background and position. Then you ask questions after about 20 minutes.
