Interview
Aflac found my resume online and asked me to come in for an interview. Interview was a "group interview" with two other people. We first listened while the interviewer explained his story about how he got started with Aflac and so on. We then went around the table and talked a little about ourselves. I received another call later asking to come in for another interview.
1 main interview, very laid back. Met with account manager discussed position and certifications needed for the role. Role is very outbound heavy commuting to different locations such as schools and other main employers to get clients signed up

Interview
First round was a group interview by zoom. After a late start, the host stated he'd just 'hung up on a broker' after that call had gone long, then argued that unlike other insurers, Aflac sales reps aren't pressured to sell to family. Many participants dropped, I was one of them. Really disappointing and bears out Aflac's reputation for bad practices and environment in the sales department.
