The first step is a group interview. The second step is a one on one interview. Then it is up to you to decide if this is the career path that you want to take.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Sherman Oaks, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied using my university's career network. I was scheduled a 1st interview which turned out to be an overview information meeting about the company. After a couple days, I was contacted to schedule a 2nd interview with the regional coordinator at the Sherman Oaks branch, which was 1-on-1. I was accepted on the spot, and was given other instruct ructions on obtaining a insurance license.
