Applied online and was contacted shortly after about setting up a phone interview with someone from the National office. Had a brief, straight forward interview with him. About a week later I was asked to set up an in-person interview with the director of the local branch I was applying for. Interview lasted a little over an hour, standard questions. I was then contacted and told they wanted me to do a final Skype interview with someone. I was told the interview would be in the next 2-3 weeks and that someone would contact me about setting it up. I never heard from then again. Not even to say they moved forward with another candidate. I didn't follow up because after a week of not hearing from them, I decided that's not the type of organization I'd like to work for.
