I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at After-School All-Stars (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2016

I met with my boss at the time, had a meeting with him at a nearby cafe where we spoke about my thoughts on after-school programs, what are my career goals, how can a non-profit have an impact on childrens lives, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at After-School All-Stars (Washington, DC) in Feb 2015
Interview
Very grueling interview process. Each time I ended one part of the process they told me they would have an answer for me only to add another interview. In total I had four or five interviews but expected two. After such a grueling process I was surprised to learn within the first 90 days that the job I applied/interviewed for wasn't the job I would be doing.
