AgFirst Farm Credit Bank Customer Support Analyst interview questions

The process leading up to the interview was industry standard. The interview questions were excellent concerning my technical background; however, they neglected to share with me the fact that I would not be utilizing any of the technical background in my new position. I would not say that they were intentionally misleading. Neither of the interviewers had a technical background.
