The very negative aspect of the process was the total lack of engagement from the internal recruiter. Questions went unanswered, an interview was arranged without sending me any confirmation or joining details until after the meeting had already started, making me seem unprofessional for being late, and also being ill prepared. Finally after 2 rounds of interviews and a lot of time invested by both me and the company, I was totally ghosted, no feedback or update was given whatsoever, despite sending several follow ups. Not a good indication of the level of professionalism at this company.
