In my case I had one phone interview with a HR person, and then two face to face interviews. The phone interview was a filter. The HR person was not very helpful when I asked question regarding the job. I was not asked any behavioral question in my face to face interviews. Make sure to have some question prepared....I believe they expect you to do your homework researching the company and the industry.

O processo em si foi normal, a primeira entrevista foi com o recursos humanos da região onde eu me candidatei. O RH foi extremamente atencioso e respeitoso, tentando compreender todas as minhas habilidades técnicas e experiências profissionais para verificar meu match com a função.
Contudo a entrevista com a gestora da posição foi totalmente o contrário, teve duração de 13 minutos pois de fato era nítido que ela não estava interessada no meu perfil, tanto que assim que ela acessou a entrevista, sem ao menos se apresentar, o primeiro questionamento foi o motivo de eu ter sido desligado do meu último trabalho. Em nenhum momento ela teve interesse em conversas sobre minhas competências e habilidades para a posição.
