Standard application, fill out details, upload cv and cover letter. Then receive a phone call, where you answer basic questions such as Tell us about yourself, why do you want to work with us etc. If successful you then have to prepare a presentation that is ~10minutes and answer more standard questions at the onsite location. Initially when you arrive you are interviewed by 2 engineers at the company, how will then ask several questions. After this you have to complete a presentation. The presentation is about a lost of topic provided and you do your research about it either from the company and other sites. Once the presentation is completed they will ask some questions about it. Once this is done you will get a tour of the facility by the person in charge of apprentices. This onsite interview lasted around 2 hours, which is in line with what they said. Once this is complete they said i should hear back in the first or second week of the month and if i had any questions feel free to ask the designated person. It took almost two weeks linger than they said and when contacting them i received no reply. Rejection was a standard rejection with no feedback, which would have improved the process dramatically imo. For apprentice interviews this was probably the hardest one i did, only due to the presentation, but if you prepare it is fine.
