One of the most unprofessional experiences I've encountered. After applying for the position, I received an invitation for a brief introductory call. However, the interviewer did not show up at the scheduled time. Instead, I received an email right at the time of the interview, stating that he was running late and would call as soon as possible. He eventually called 30 minutes later. During the call, he asked about my background and mentioned that I seemed like a good fit, assuring me that I would be contacted for the next round the following week. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I never received any response. There should be a legal process to penalize companies for such unprofessional behavior, including fake job postings and ghosting candidates without any follow-up. This wastes time and effort for job seekers who are sincerely pursuing opportunities.
