Question 1
Behavioral questions about how I would handle certain situations like presenting without being prepared.

Interview
After you take a online assessment, you complete an online video interview. Then you complete a phone interview. If you pass that you are asked to come in for a personal interview. During the interview, you a put in a room with 6 people who are asking you questions. There is not any organization with the questions. You are then given a tablet and told to run a meeting like you would as you where the project manager. You are given very little information about the project and are forced to guess on what is needed. It is very uncomfortable and the expectations are not realistic. I was ready to leave halfway through the interview because there was no right answer and I had to guess on what was needed. I get bullied by the entire group. This in no way showed my skills for the job.
I got an automated email that I was not selected. The CEO never responded to my follow up emails. Apparently, the automated rejection email was enough. This entire process was not very personal and you have to jump through hoops. I would not have accepted the position had I been offered. I cannot work for a company that puts their interviewees through this experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Agile IT (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2018
Interview
I first submitted my resume and cover letter. Next came a questionnaire that involved logic questions, patterns, etc. I assume I passed because I was invited for a one-way video interview. There were 3-6 questions. You had 1 minute to see the question and prepare and then 2 minutes to record yourself answering.
