Responsive and fast. Agile Six is a company with a great mission and all their employees seem to be very happy to be there, many of them have been working for years, which is hard to find in the tech industry. It was very hard for me to decline the offer because it seemed like a fantastic place to work. I will definitely recommend to anyone to checkout this company, not only because of the mission, but because they really seem to care about their employees + they offer great benefits. The process was interview with their hiring manager, then engineering team, then HR and another member from the project I was going to be hired. Everyone was always very responsive and accommodating to any questions or requests I had, even to the very end when I was having a hard time about making a decision.
