I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Agilent Technologies (Folsom, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied online and got an email to set up a phone interview a couple of days later. The email came with a supplemental questionnaire. Phone interview was easy, about 15 minutes just confirming that I lived nearby and what I did on a daily basis.
Phone interviewer called a couple of days later to set up an in person interview. I interviewed with the off site manager, but the interview was a little strange. She talked probably 80%-90% of the time about the position for about the almost hour interview. She only asked a couple of questions.
Received an email about a week later that the position had been canceled.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Agilent Technologies (Burnaby, BC)
Interview
I first interviewed with the recruiter. Then I interviewed with the project manager. We discussed the details of the current project, company background and working environment, my past work experiences and future expectations. Then I toured the company, met and chatted with some team members. It was a routiine, pleasant interview process.
