Importance was laid on conceptual understanding skills of the person rather than definitions. Real time scenarios were given to test work experience. There are a total of 4 rounds. 1st round is a written test which tests problem solving and testing skills. 2nd and 3rd round are technical interviews. 4th is the HR round.

I have an employment gap of 1.5years but my resume was shortlisted for interview.1st round was quants and technical based mcqs which was intermediate.cleared the 1st round on may 2020 but got call for the 2nd round on august 2020 btw i dropped several mails and calls which were never responded.Technical interview was much of a HR round took by director. 2 days later got a mail saying our opportunites are not a close match for your skill sets.But to my knowledge I did the technical interview well and the interviewer seemed to be hpy with my answers.To reject a candidate based on resume then why call the candidate for the interview at the first place.Just for name sake interview was conducted.If you clear the 1st round then 2nd round will be an eyewash to inform u are rejected without a valid reason.poor response and not a good company to work on.
