Initial Screening : MCQ First Round: Technical Discussion with Mid-level associate Final Round: Technical Discussion with Director I did well in Initial Screening and First Round, and was successfully moved to Final Round. There comes the tragedy, The Guy thinks himself as Dennis Ritchie, and throwing the most toughest & illogical questions. I am pretty sure that, I would lock him back, If I have Google in my side. According to my perspective, the persons in such senior position, should make the candidate comfortable by understanding his/her strength in technology part. I insisted that I have not expertise in the field you're asking questions, but he keeps on asking such questions. The main intent from his side was to ask very illogical questions and to lock the candidate. He is so naive, that he's asking to write code in Notepad. Advice to Management: Please rework on the upper management, provide them some counselling, that they are here to hire not to reject candidates. Only good thing was HRs were really motivating & helpful throughout the process.
