Such a ridiculous process .They called every individuals in a separate email or calls.But around 200 members were there on the day of interview. I reached by 10.30 AM due to system unavailability they told me to wait until 11 AM (30 mins wait time which is acceptable) and it ended by 12.30 pm.And it is of tech questions and aptitude questions(literally aptitude for 5 to 8 years experienced people??)whatever And then for that result they told to wait till 2pm just to tell the 1st round result.Meanwhile the mobile was submitted in the morning u can't take it in.After that lunch was provided.And then to proceed they told tech 1 &tech 2 rounds will be there .and the tech round started by 5 pm literally half day we were sitting idle.And interview went well .I thought I would be selected.And later on interviewer told to leave that they will share feedback through HR.And I called the HR no response .Literally around 8 hrs of time wasted .And even heard no one was shortlisted on that day .Why this people are conducting interviews for name sakes???
