Apply online then HR contacts you for interview in which concerned parties are present with HR rep. First they make you go through your cv then they ask you questions on it.
Hiring manager video call and asked questions about previous experience, some more questions about school. GPA was not important. There were no hard questions and i got an offer shortly after.
