As the above IT Analyst interview said. I got the same experience. I had two different interviews. The first one has been just the regular pre-screening process with a lady from the HR department. After the first interview they requested that I complete a small exam to assess my technical and interpersonal skills. For the second interview, they also had 7 different people though the notice letter told me there would be 4 people. the interview kind of weird. Instead of digging out my competency, they were kind of arguing against me not working there. After the interview, i hadn't got notice. When i asked back, i was told the job position had been given an internal employee. I doubt the trueness of the job positions. I think they have the job posts to serve their internal politics only, it might not be real at all. Wasting my time. because you have no way to be eligible, the interview questions are meaningless. it is a disgusting interview experience.
