Took more than 1 month of the hiring process.
1st I've had an interview with HR and followed by another interview with HR with someone. After that, It took 2 weeks for them to reach out for background check and reference check.
After 2 weeks, no notice has been given, so I followed up to ask whether they need more time or have already hired someone. I assume they give the job to someone else, and up until now, there's no notice or feedback from HR.
