Waited for about an hour for the interview. The interviewer was quite in a rush, doesnt ask many questions as I can assume that she's not interested or she was busy. They demand for a candidate that has excellent fluency in english since the position is in customer service line.

Why do you want to join AGODA.
It took about 1.5 week from application to the first round of Skype interview. The interview was about an hour long, held in English and Japanese (I applied for a position in Japan). There was only one interview, who was proficient in both languages. Before the interview, I took online test to see my language skills.
