I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Agoda (Bangkok) in Feb 2019
Interview
I had 3 interviews at Agoda: one with a recruiter, and two with project managers, and passed a questionnaire. Everything was good, I got positive feedback during the interviews and I was waiting for another two interviews with Director and VP. 3 days have passed since my last interview and I decided to connect my recruiter to wonder if something happened, He hasn't responded. In a few days, I got standard denial email from "no-reply" mailbox.
I'm not frustrated about denying itself, I'm disappointed about the way it happened. I asked recruiter and last Project Manager I spoke with to give me any feedback to let me improve my cons. PM said that normally I'm supposed to get it at the end of the process. But I didn't any even after I asked the recruiter again.
I know that it's common not to give any feedback to candidates who haven't been chosen, but please remember the fact that it's also a part of your publicity and reputation of a company.

Question 1
Some specific questions about contact center KPI and related fields
the actual interviews were okay quite standard nothing noteworthy. The timeline tho was extremely long. Mine took more than 3 months end to end. Recruiter initially told me it would take 3 weeks to do the 3 interviews and a case study. The whole process ended up taking 3 months, before I ended up getting rejected. The part where it took the longest is the scheduling part. It takes 2 weeks to schedule an interview and another 1 week to be informed of the result. So all in all between interviews it took on average 3 weeks which is insane and kinda disrespectful ngl.

how to increase operational efficiency, regarding case study, why wanna move to agoda and bangkok, and some market estimation question
They rescheduled once and forgot about the interview. I sent them an email and they scheduled another one. Asked general questions. Should have canceled once they stood me up in the first place.
SHL Test. HR round. Then interviews with product team about my experience & case studies. Had opportunity to speak to senior managers, which was quite good. Gave me good glimpse into their culture.
