Agoda Product Manager interview questions

I went through four one-hour interviews and a take-home case study for a Project Manager role. Two of the interviews were centered on the same case study. Overall, the process felt unnecessarily long and drawn out. The recruiter initially communicated that there would be three interviews and that the process would likely conclude within two to three weeks. Instead, it stretched to four interviews over nearly two months. During that time, the role I originally applied for was changed and ultimately canceled. Based on the timing, I suspect this happened while I was already interviewing, but the change was never communicated to me, resulting in a significant amount of unnecessary time and effort on my end. I was eventually considered for a different role on the team, which required two additional interviews. After completing those conversations, I had to reach out directly to the hiring manager for an update because the recruiter stopped responding to my emails. Even a brief status update would have gone a long way in maintaining a positive candidate experience. In the end, the process involved a surprising number of interviews, shifting expectations, poor communication, and significant delays. Looking back, I probably should have withdrawn from the process much earlier. Ironically, I also spoke with a recruiter about a third role that was focused on improving the recruiting and candidate experience. However, after the initial screening call, I never received any follow-up and was effectively ghosted. While I understand that not every candidate will move forward, a simple rejection or status update email would have gone a long way toward creating a more positive and professional candidate experience.

It have 5 rounds interviews-> SHL Assesment -> Recruiter Screen -> Case Interview 2 Round -> HW + Presentation. It really long process and I learn a lot during it.
