Interview
From the first interaction that I had with the recruiter I could tell that Aha! was a different kind of company. The entire interview process exuded a level of efficiency and responsiveness I have never seen before in my professional career. I had 6 interviews over 6 business days — the recruiter was extremely proactive and transparent throughout, even providing advice and offering time for a quick conversation at each stage. Interviews were oriented more to “fit” than anything else — having worked at Aha! now for 6 months it is clear to see why. Everybody that works at Aha! brims with a level of selflessness and genuine desire to create value and provide support for one another that is unparalleled. The atmosphere is free of corporate drama and politics you might find at other tech companies, large and small. Since joining I have marveled at how our culture manifests and shines through in many of our processes. This includes the recruitment process. My interview experience was one of the many reasons that drove me to join the company.
