Interviewing with integrity and hiring great candidates is essential to us. That is because the team is the most important aspect of any company. We feel badly that the interviewing process started well for you but you ultimately you had a bad experience. That is obviously never our intent. I do appreciate that you took the time to write and bring your experience to our attention. We have talked about it internally and what we could have done differently.
Our Customer Success team is unique as you know. We only hire experienced product managers who have worked in structured environments to support customers. And as you noted, we do this because our hope is that our team can help other product teams achieve their best and be happy doing it. It is one of the reasons that we do not have any salespeople at Aha!
