Had multiple interviews which all seemed great, but then they absolutely ghosted. Just never responded when I tried to follow-up. Completely unprofessional. Listen, people need jobs. Show them some basic respect and courtesy instead of stringing them along.

Interview
This was a 20-min phone screen with a recruiter for a Manager position. She got on the call 5+ mins late - asked me 3 questions, scoffed at my salary expectations (which was halfway within the range given) and then couldn't answer any of my questions other than next steps. It was pretty obvious she had no interest in learning about me or selling me on working for the company. The whole interview was very perfunctory, and I was not surprised when I got the email I was not moving on.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ahold Delhaize (Raynham, MA)
Interview
The interview process with Retail Business Services LLC is absolutely disgusting. Between communicating inaccurate timelines and wasting candidate time excessively, I have never in my career participated in a more selfish or one-sided process. This company is clearly self absorbed with no consideration for a candidates time or needs. It’s appalling at best.
