Poor communication from recruiter all the way through to the CEO. I had a written job offer in hand and the day I received that met with the CEO for what I thought was a welcome aboard meeting only to find out it was an interview and he had no idea I had already been made an offer which I had accepted verbally and in writing. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing in the organization. I hope they can get their communication issues straightened out.
