1- Test en 5 modules (calcul mental, logique etc) 2- Entretien RH groupe 3- Entretien responsable achats 4- Entretien RH air liquide santé 5- Entretien directeur achats Globalement uniquement questions sur les motivations et l’expérience, pas de question piège. Bienveillance lors du process de recrutement.
