Interview
Asked technical questions and basics related to aircraft. The panel consisted of 3 persons. And they even ask us to draw or write something and show it to them. Overall it was a good experience.

It was a deep technical interview, but the job profiles were not matching with what they asked. The interviewers were more biased towards girls , If you are a boy from tier two college your chance of getting selected is very low
