Interview
Not so difficult. There were three online interviews plus one in-person interview at the site. It was about my study program & why I want to work at Airbus. HR is skilled and let me know everything about the job criteria.
It was a very straightforward experience overall. They are specifically looking for someone who speaks German fluently, is highly motivated, and shows a strong willingness to learn and grow. The expectations are clear, and the role seems well-suited for eager candidates.
First CV screening, then I received security questionare. After 2-3 weeks I received email to schedule an interview with manager at the site. I received the decision in a week but HR processes took so long. I was able to start after apx. 2 months.
