Interview
Series of interviews, I appreciated bc I was doubtful of the process in between interviews. Ended up loving it after all. Know the Mission Statement and make sure ask questions to the CRS's that give you their contact info.
It is long and intense. Multiple interviews with every person in leadership. You’ll repeat your answers a lot. They ask similar questions over and over. The people are nice but it is exhausting. After all the interviews you also have to give a presentation.
