Interview
The interview process started with a couple of phone conversations. Both of these were merely to get to know you and to see if you were both qualified and interested in the position that you were applying for. The phone interviews were about an hour long and were very comfortable, nothing awkward. The third interview was a video conference with a local leader in the company (local meaning within the geographical area of the company that you had expressed interest in living). The next set of interviews was the more challenging set, but also the more engaged and entertaining part of the process. They call is "Discovery day", where you get to interview with many of the company's founders and with several vice presidents and support staff. Literally EVERYTHING you do is considered an interview from the moment you enter the doors at headquarters. It seems (and felt) intimidating, especially at first, but everyone is so warm and welcoming that you can't help but feel more and more relaxed as the day continues (perhaps a personal experience?).
No doubt, it is one of the most challenging vetting processes you'll ever go through to join a team, but it is all for a reason. The primary endeavor while going through the interview process is to make sure that you will be a great fit for the company. This is going to test every aspect of who you are, so it gets personal - as it should. When you join Airrosti, you're joining a family. Everyone needs to be happy and involved - anxiously engaged in making sure that the family stays intact and functioning.

Interview
Very detailed and up to 5 separate interview with an onsite day long interview. The first few are over the phone, followed by a zoom face/face over the computer. They are very interested in your clinical background and making sure they find the right fit for their company and their patients.
