Interview
After hearing about Airrosti through family/employee, I applied online and was on the path of an extensive interviewing process called the Gauntlet. A series of phone interviews, a skype interview and several in person interviews along with a presentation on Discovery Day. The process is long but once you make it you understand why. Worth it.
The interview process is pretty tedious. There are many steps before the actual job offer. You interview with a LOT of people. It feels pretty casual, but it's a lot and can be intimidating.

The interview process was very engaging. It's not as intimidating as it might seem at first. You can easily tell that this company values its employees and its mission. That's why the interviews are so extensive - they are committed to finding the right people. You will know for sure whether you want this job on Discovery Day. First a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then a second phone interview with the first Airrosti chiropractor. If you make it beyond this point, I believe you continue to Discovery Day where you meet for 4-5 hrs at HQ in San Antonio.
