Airrosti's interview process is RIGOROUS. Even at the intern level. But, for good reason. The company so values its people, it wants 100 percent confirmation that THAT person belongs in THAT role with THAT team. I had at least 4 rounds of interviewing with different levels of management. Though extensive, trust the process. It was gratifying to earn a job based on multiple approvals and showed just how hands-on all department heads are in selections for their company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Airrosti (San Antonio, TX) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview process consisted of a three part process: two phone interviews then an in person interview with different team members of the company. Even though it was a long process and I had to wait a few weeks before hearing back from my second interview, an HR recruiter updated me regularly with the status of my application. After my final interview, I was given an offer later that afternoon.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Airrosti in Apr 2013

Culture is very fun and open. Everyone I met with were alumni from my college and incredibly open and nice. Interview was relatively easy and no crazy, hard questions. Be sure to smile a lot
