The interview process was very thorough and took a little bit of time overall. The first two interviews were over the phone, the third interview was in person, and from there my final interview was in San Antonio at the corporate office. The final day of interviews lasts around 5-6 hours with around 6-8 people throughout the day. After your final interview of the day, you must give a presentation to everyone who interviewed you. If you get hired, they place you “on deck” which means you’re just waiting to get placed into an office. Overall it wasn’t too hard, and the questions they ask aren’t tough. They’re more interested in getting to know you as a person more than anything else
Interview process consisted of multiple rounds of interviews with several different people in the company - located at the headquarters and Region specific. Phone call, in-person (if possible), and then a final interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Airrosti (Austin, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
Series of interviews, I appreciated bc I was doubtful of the process in between interviews. Ended up loving it after all. Know the Mission Statement and make sure ask questions to the CRS's that give you their contact info.
It is long and intense. Multiple interviews with every person in leadership. You’ll repeat your answers a lot. They ask similar questions over and over. The people are nice but it is exhausting. After all the interviews you also have to give a presentation.
