Interview
My interview process with Airrosti was 4 steps - 2 phone interviews, 1 in-person interview locally, and 1 half-day interview session at the headquarters in San Antonio. The first two phone interviews were fairly straight forward, with standard interview questions and very conversational, which put me at ease. The third interview was with three different people at once locally. It was nice to see Airrosti employees in-person and to have a chance to interact with them by answering and asking more in-depth questions. The last interview was a half day event at Airrosti's headquarters. During this last step, I met with numerous people in the company, ending with a presentation. Overall, my interview process took about a month.

Question 1
What makes you different from other chiropractors/doctors?
Calls, in-person local, then San Antonio panel and lunch. Talk to multiple departments in groups. See how headquarters works and meet a lot of nice people. Enjoyed meeting purple with similar passions.
The interview process consisted of four interviews; the first two over the phone, third interview was virtual, and the fourth interview was a half day done virtually meeting with approximately a dozen employees (due to COVID). The fourth interview also consisted of doing a 'practical' and presentation.
