Interviewed prior to the pandemic. If you're not already burnt out, this interview process will surely do it. I wouldn't say the interview process is hard but it is long and exhausting. Once you pass the initial interviews with recruiting, you will spend an entire day meeting with everyone from your potential colleagues to your poential manager, to your potential manager manager's. They will ask you the same questions over and over and you will have to repeat yourself over and over with enthusiasm. You will also have to do a presentation to everyone you just met. Goodluck keeping track of everyone's names and titles.
