Interview process consisted of a phone screening interview with a recruiter, and two video interviews with the hiring manager and two senior team members. The first video interview covered topics such as work history, experience, knowledge, and some soft skills. The second was primarily to present a software project that was assigned in the first. Overall it was a great interview experience.

2. Interview with software team leadership: This involved questions about my development knowledge and experience around the technologies used at Airrosti. I was given a simple project to work on and present in phase 3.
